Clinton County Special Olympics has officially opened its 2026 Polar Plunge fundraising page, inviting community members to take the plunge—or support those who do—in one of the most exciting annual traditions supporting local athletes.
Individuals and teams can register to participate in the icy jump or make a donation to one of the brave “plungers” taking part. This event is a major fundraiser for Special Olympics programs across Indiana, and Clinton County directly benefits from the community’s generosity: 60% of all funds raised stay right here in Clinton County, helping support training, events, equipment, and year-round opportunities for local athletes with intellectual disabilities.
The Clinton County team has set a goal of $4,500 for the 2026 season and is eager to rally supporters to help make this their best year yet. Special Olympics Indiana Clinton County Fund Raising Page
Those interested in joining the team or contributing to the cause are encouraged to visit the official Polar Plunge page and get involved.
Together, the community can make a splash—and make a difference.
