INDOT’s Rail Programs Office will soon accept applications for the FY26 Industrial Rail Service Fund (IRSF) grant program. Please submit your applications for qualifying projects between Monday, October 20, 2025 and Friday, November 21st, 2025 and no later than 5:00pm (EST).
All IRSF applications must be submitted through the Grant Rail Project (GRIP) system within INDOT Technical Applications Pathway (ITAP) and Access Indiana. ITAP Accounts and GRIP access are required to apply within the GRIP.
