The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a series of overnight lane and ramp closures on I-65 in Tippecanoe County between mile-markers 176 and 180, located near State Road 43.
The following will be taking place on or after Tuesday, Sept. 2 through Thursday, Sept. 4, weather-permitting:Sept. 2:The center and right lanes of I-65 northbound between the 176 and 180-mile markers (near Battle Ground) will be closed
The northbound off ramp at S.R. 43 will be closed
Sept. 3:The center and right lanes of I-65 northbound at 176 and 180-mile markers will be closed
The northbound on ramp at S.R. 43 will be closed
Sept. 4: The center and right lanes of I-65 southbound between the 176-180-mile markers will be closed
All work will take place during the evening hours for bridge improvements in the area and is anticipated to be complete during that time. INDOT encourages drivers to be mindful of workers in the area and to use caution while traveling in and around work zones.
