Donna Jean (Henderson) Thomas, 64, of Frankfort, passed away November 21, 2024 at IU Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. She was born on October 25, 1960 on an Army base in Munich, Germany to Don and Dana (Dick) Henderson, who survive.
Donna was a 1979 graduate of Frankfort High School and earned her Certificate in Administration from Ivy Tech in 1991. She worked in Sales for US Cellular in Frankfort. She was a member of the Zion Apostolic Tabernacle in Frankfort. She was an avid photographer, enjoyed sewing, crocheting, reading and playing Bingo, but her greatest love was being with her family.
Surviving along with her parents are her Daughters: Dena (Joe) Kiger of Thorntown and Danielle (Derrick) Smith of Frankfort, Grandchildren: Elise Thomas, Anastacia Smith, Madalynn Smith, and Aubrey Kiger, Brothers: Dion (Lori) Henderson and Duane Henderson, Aunts: Darla (John) Large and Virginia Houchens, as well as many extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: James & Maxine Dick, paternal grandparents: Eugene & Gladys Henderson, infant daughter: Brooke E. Thomas, granddaughter: Jasmine Cunningham, uncle: Jerry Dick, and aunt: Georgiana Austin.
A Memorial Service will be held 4 p.m. on Monday, November 25, 2024 at Zion Apostolic Tabernacle, 1155 West Barner Street, Frankfort. Friends may visit from 3 p.m. until the time of service on Monday at the church. Goodwin Funeral Home, 200 S.
