The Raíces Festival is set to kick off this weekend on Saturday, Sept. 21 from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. following this first Raíces Festival Parade around downtown Frankfort to allow community members to “Experience Latin America” at Prairie Creek Park.
Clinton County Central Dispatch announced that the City of Frankfort will have Washington Street closed from Jackson Street to the Auto Zone parking lot beginning at 9 a.m. tomorrow, Sept. 21 for the festival.
