The Lebanon Parks Department has announced that the Abner Longley Park Splash Pad will have its closing date extended for the season due to expected heat throughout the week.
The department announced Wednesday, Sept. 18 that the splash pad originally closed on Sunday, Sept. 15 would be reopened for community enjoyment through Sunday, Sept. 22 due to the high temperatures expected throughout the week and into the weekend.
The department stated that the splash pad hours will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
