A Boone County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was awarded the Officer of the Month designation by the Central Indiana Police Foundation for his dedication to the Boone County community and positive attitude that he shares with the people that he serves.
The Central Indiana Police Foundation recently presented Boone County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Nick Bland with the Officer of the Month award following his nomination by the department based on his dedication and attitude toward law enforcement and the community.
“Nominated by the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Bland exemplifies the traits every law enforcement officer should strive for,” Sheriff Tony Harris shared. “His dedication, selflessness, positive attitude and hard work make him a standout among his peers and beloved by the community.
