Clinton Prairie varsity defeats Eastern 56-52 in a close match up at Eastern High School. Although not sure who was going to be able to play in the varsity game everyone was unsure how the game would play out. Levi Ostler stayed in locker room feeling under the weather and opted not to play. Jake McGraw under the weather opted to play and all stepped up to play so in Clinton Prairie fashion they got the job done.
Scoring for the Gophers Jake McGraw 25 points, Ryan Harshbarger 13, Cayden Davis 9, Nick Curtin 8, and Jaycob Wilson added a point.
Eastern Top scoring was Colton Linsay with 22 and Corbin Snyder with 16 points.
Clinton Prairie’s JV defeated Eastern 51-25 and top scoring for the Gophers were Evan Smock 17, Jake Swinford 9, and Wyatt Harshbarger adding 7.
Clinton Prairie will be at Rossville ( Hoosier Heartland Conference game) Friday night with Jv at 6 pm and Varsity at 7:30 This game will be on Hoosierlandtv with Don and Karl.
Clinton Prairie are 6-0 in the Hoosier Heartland conference.
