The Lebanon High School Tigers wrestling team secured a victory over the Danville High School Warriors with Zachary Tranum being named as the most valuable player of the match.
The Lebanon Tigers wrestlers hosted the Danville Warriors on Wednesday night for a back-and-forth battle that ended with the Tigers securing victory by a total of 40-27.
For varsity, Garth Cline, Braxton Aragon, Seth Wilson, Zach Tranum, Vincent Laney, Eli Stogsdill, Jeffrey Serrano and Stefan Barker secured victory in their matches. For junior varsity, Tyler McKibben came out on top in his match.
The Tigers will travel to Columbus East on Saturday for their invitational with a goal to take home the gold.
